Job Title: Clerk II – Receptionist
Summary of Functions: Performs routine support tasks, which includes greeting visitors, handling incoming telephone calls, routing calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, responding to routine inquiries and performing other general support duties as assigned. Works within a
well-defined framework of policies and procedures, under immediate supervision.

Job Title: Clerk II (5 Positions Available)
Summary of Functions: Performs a variety of moderately complex support tasks, which may include inputting, processing and distributing a variety of documents and records; collecting, compiling, filing and maintaining data; reconciling data, funds or inventory; and interacting with the public to provide excellent customer service. Works within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures, under moderate supervision.

Job Title: Election Technician
Summary of Functions: Prepares election equipment, troubleshoots computer equipment problems, audits and logs all ballots and performs other duties related to the operation of elections

Job Title: GIS Analyst
Performs spatial analysis and generates maps and reports to present that analysis. Gathers requirements and assists with the development of GIS applications and interactive maps. Deploys GIS solutions; trains staff. Designs, administers and maintains spatial databases. Configures geographic information systems (GIS) and software. Performs data collection, cartography and other technical functions as necessary.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Provides direct advanced administrative and secretarial support to the department and accounts for
the coordination and supervision of office procedures and personnel to ensure the most cost effective and efficient method of administration.
Detailed Description Researches, collects, and analyzes data to complete a variety of projects, reports and inquires. Serves as a liaison between staff, management and other departments to facilitate functions and flow of information. May supervise or provide lead support to other support staff in distributing work assignments, training new employees, and assisting with daily assignments. May assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and acquisition of supplies and services. Maintains confidential files, processes mail, answers telephone calls, and inquires. Schedules appointments, makes travel arrangements, and organizes and manages calendars and activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
